Coming from a family with a background in the meat and butchery trade, Abu Faisal witnessed firsthand the craft behind every cut. Over time, he saw how modern habits shifted toward convenience, often overlooking the true value, flavor, and potential of properly prepared meat.
Driven by this, he set out to return to the origins, to offer meat the way it was meant to be: thoughtfully selected, expertly prepared, and central to every table.
